My name is Andrea. I'm a 35year old married mother of one and I have a weight problem. Sound's like the starting sentence in an AA meeting, being over weight is just as hard to deal with on a day to day basis. As with the demon drink food can be as addictive. In one breathe it can be better than your closest friend but at the worst it becomes your enemy. I've been over weight since puberty hit.

The fact I was over weight started the bullying. Being called "FATTIE" or "PORKER" hurt, and I found a friend in food. I found it really hard to talk to anyone about it. At the age of 29years I became pregnant. I was so happy. I was married to and still am, a great man who loves me for me. One day while visiting the hospital for a check up some one passed a comment to me about over weight women should not have babies. It hurts to think that not only do you eat because you're unhappy but the knock on effect of the unhappiness is your not allowed what thinner people are. Just before Christmas 2006 I went clothes shopping. I looked in the mirror and saw an over weight unfit woman looking back at me. I was the heaviest I'd ever been 23 stone. I made a decision to loose the weight but passed history told me I needed help.

At work one day I received a press release from BIO-SYNERGY about these totally herbal diet pills. I tried everything else what had I got to loose but the weight. I started to take the pills and noticed a difference straight away. I'd eat what I wanted but after a small portion I'd feel full and for the first time in my life didn't feel guilty about not clearing the food on my plate. Currently I'm 6' tall and weigh 17 stone. I have been trying to lose weight for the last 6 months, as I'm getting married at the beginning of August and obviously want to look my best for my bride on the big day. A couple of months ago I read about body perfect in a magazine, the woman on there said that she had been using it along with a sensible diet, and that she had had fantastic results. To be honest I thought it was a load of rubbish, but for reasons I can't explain I decided to try it anyway.

I got my first pack and started using them a month ago, when I also began a healthy eating program. I started the program weighing 19st 2lbs and at my weigh-in last monday I am already down to 17st 13lbs!

I am hoping to migrate to Australia this year, and I need to get my BMI down in time for my medical in June. I have another 24lbs to go and at the moment I really feel that it's acheivable!! Something I would never have believed before. I have done the weightwatchers thing before, but it was so slow that I lost interest. This time I have lost 17lb in 4 weeks!

To anyone who is considering using the body perfect I would say try it. It doesn't cost a fortune and you have nothing to lose but the weight! Best of all, you may not believe it now, but it really does work.

I have tried every diet out there, including shake only diets and I can honestly say that I have never acheived results to match my current rate.

I am so glad that I read the article in the first place, and even more so that I decided to try it. I am happy to let you know the result in June if you are interested.

In March while browsing through the Argos catalogue, trying to be ahead of things and looking for ideas of what to get people for Christmas I noticed the Bio-Synergy range of products. When I noticed the slimming range my eyes lit up, but was still not too sure so decided to look for further information on the internet. I managed to find a phone number and spoke to a lady who was really helpful and I decided to give it a go.

After giving up smoking for 7 months, thanks to using the supplement CLA Fat Burner, I have not put on any weight. I am 28 years old and have been smoking for 13 years. Over the last few years, the first thing I would reach for in the morning would be a cigarette on waking up. My biggest fear, as with most people when giving up, is the fear of putting on weight. After having my second child I never went back to my original weight of 9½ stone. I always weigh myself regularly and over time noticed that my weight was starting to gradually creep up. When it got to the point of me being almost 11 stone I started to get really worried and made an appointment to see my doctor. I have always been fairly active and follow a reasonably healthy diet, so I couldn't understand the weight gain. My doctor told me that despite my weight gain, being 5ft 7inches wasn't classed as being over weight. She also said that once past the age of 30 (I am almost 32) the metabolism slows down so more exercise is required to maintain the same weight. She also advised to drink plenty of water and change to wholemeal bread, pasta etc. I took on board what she had said and purchased the work out dvd. After a month of exercising and eating healthy I hadn't lost any weight and was starting to get depressed.

Skinny Water

Three years ago I had a mastectomy aged 32, followed by chemotherapy. During the chemotherapy, the only foods I managed to keep down were sugary cereals and porridge with honey. Hi to all at Bio-synergy, I tried the skinny water first along with the slimming pills. I had always been slim but after two large boys the last of the baby weight just didn't seem to want to shift.
